The ThemeWare® "Classic Teaser" is a teaser with designs from our themes for Shopware 5. It is independent of its CMS block. You can use the teaser in other CMS blocks too. Just try out different blocks (for example with a different number of columns) to personalise your Shopping Experience.
Important: This element is only available in the ThemeWare® Pro Edition.
You can configure the ThemeWare® "Classic teaser" as follows:
Click on the corresponding CMS block (1) to activate the "edit mode"
Hover the mouse over the desired CMS element
The "Element Settings" pop-up will open
Make the desired changes
Save your changes
You have now configured the CMS element.
The configuration of the "Classic teaser" is quite self-explanatory. The caption and the image are mandatory fields. That's all you really need to configure.
In the tab "General" you configure the content of the element.
ContentIn the section "Content" you can enter the caption (2) for the teaser. This is a mandatory field.
ImageIn the section "Image" you define the background image (1) of the teaser. This is a mandatory field.
LinkIn the section "Link" you define the target of the teaser when it is clicked.
In the tab "Layout" you can configure the caption (2).
GeneralIn the section "General" you can choose between different layout types (see screenshots below) and configure the general background colour (1). Like the original teasers from ThemeWare® for Shopware 5, the different layout types have predefined colours. However, you can activate an individual configuration with the "Use custom styling" configuration.
CaptionIn the section "Caption" you can configure the font of the caption (2).
Depending on the layout type, you can then configure the text colour, the text alignment, the border colour, the background colour and hover colours (if the teaser is linked).
ImageIn the section "Image" you can configure the desired horizontal positioning of the image in display mode 'Cover'.
In the tab "SEO & Pagespeed" you can configure the "Lazy loading" of the image.
You can select each HTML element of our teasers using the appropriate CSS classes. If you want to use your own CSS classes, you can insert them in the "Advanced" tab.
Note: Hover colours can only be configured if the element is linked.
There are currently 7 different layout types (see screenshots below) available for the counter:
Default
Effect 1
Effect 2
Effect 3 (e.g. ThemeWare® Clean)
Effect 4 (e.g. ThemeWare® Bike)
Effect 5 (e.g. ThemeWare® Strong)
Effect 6 (e.g. ThemeWare® Ladieswear)
Effect 7 (e.g. ThemeWare® Global)
Note: Please note that theme variables are not available in the administration. The blue colour displayed in the preview (only for certain layout types) will be replaced by your configured primary colour in the storefront.
