# Service hotline

The text "Service Hotline" is a static Shopware footer element. With ThemeWare® it can be used flexibly in the form of a widget.

## Configuration

You can configure the "Service hotline" widget in the theme configuration.

> You can find the configuration in the "Widgets" tab.

#### Editing texts and links

You can change or translate the texts and links used in the widget using snippets.

You can find out which snippets are used in the corresponding help texts for the respective configurations. The snippets in the ThemeWare® help texts are linked so that you can go directly to the editor of the corresponding snippet.

You can also find an overview of the snippets used further down in this article.

#### Revoke button (Withdrawal button)

The revoke button is only displayed if a revocation page is set and the button is enabled in the Shopware basic information settings (Shopware 6.7.9+ and ThemeWare® 4.3.0+).

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**: As soon as the "Revocation" widget is used, ThemeWare® automatically hides the identical button in this widget so that it does not appear twice.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important**: If the revoke button is shown in this widget, ThemeWare® keeps the "Service hotline" widget permanently expanded in the mobile view (collapsing is not possible) so that the legally required button always stays visible. The "Mobile view" setting then has no effect for this widget.
{% endhint %}

You can find more information about the "Revoke button" in the ThemeWare® knowledge base:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.themeware.design/additional-features/widgets/service-hotline.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
