# Teaser text

With the product-specific custom field "Teaser text" you maintain a short, free text (e.g. "New", "Organic", "Limited") that can be shown in the product box. The text is displayed as soon as a slot ("Slot above/below the product name") is set to "Teaser text". If you leave the field empty, nothing is shown.

**Note**: Whether and where the teaser text appears is controlled in the theme configuration via the product box "Slots".

## Custom field

You find the custom field "Teaser text" in the respective product:

> Tab "Specifications" ⇒ Section "Custom fields" ⇒ Tab (set) "Products (ThemeWare® ... Pro)"

**Type**: Text

**Technical name**: `twt_{theme}_{edition}_custom_field__product__teaser_text`
