# Symbol 1-3

With this product-specific custom field you can display an individual symbol for this product. You can use this field to upload an image file or select an existing file from the media library.

Three symbol fields are available (Symbol 1–3), each with an associated title.

**Tip**: For symbols that are used on several products (e.g. care symbols or seals), it is better to use a property with an image and the property group setting [Show as product symbol](/additional-features/custom-fields/properties/show-as-product-symbol.md).

**Tip**: Upload the symbols as SVG or PNG in your desired colour – they are not recoloured.

## Custom field

You can find the "→ Symbol 1" custom field in the respective product:

> Tab "Specifications" ⇒ Block "Custom fields" ⇒ Tab (Set) "Product symbols (... Pro)"

**Type**: Media selection

**Technical name**: `twt_{theme}_{edition}_custom_field__product__symbol_1`
